Fees for Architectural services shall consist of consulting with the Client to determine the scope of work, preparing the necessary preliminary studies for the project, providing full code and zoning analysis regarding all project design specifics, and preparing a working set of construction drawings that are ready for permit submittal to governing agencies. Fee also includes all correspondence with governing agency throughout review processes.
